Terms of Service

1. What this is

The ArteMatriz Publishing Pipeline ("the Tool") is an internal system operated by ArteMatriz Soluções Culturais Ltda ("ArteMatriz"), CNPJ 07.506.882/0001-00, Avenida Paulista 171, 4º andar, Bela Vista, São Paulo — SP, 01311-000, Brazil. It is used by ArteMatriz staff to plan, review and publish video content to a YouTube channel owned by ArteMatriz.

The Tool is not a commercial product. It is not offered, sold, licensed or made available to anyone outside ArteMatriz.

2. Who may use it

Access is limited to ArteMatriz staff and contractors who have been given credentials. There is no public registration. Accessing or attempting to access the Tool without authorisation is prohibited.

Credentials are personal and must not be shared. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, notify us at info@artematriz.art.

3. Acceptable use

Authorised users must not use the Tool to publish content that violates the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines or the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, nor to circumvent any YouTube policy, quota or restriction.

Every upload must be reviewed and approved by a person before publication. Automated publication without human approval is not a permitted use of this Tool.

4. YouTube API Services

The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google's use of information received through the YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

You may revoke the Tool's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Content ownership

All scripts, narration, data visualisations and finished videos produced through the Tool are the property of ArteMatriz. Stock media used in production is licensed from its respective rightsholders, and a copy of each licence is archived at the time of download.

6. Availability

The Tool is provided to authorised users on an "as is" basis, without warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. We may suspend or discontinue it at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, ArteMatriz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Tool.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
