This policy describes how the ArteMatriz Publishing Pipeline ("the Tool") handles data. The Tool is operated by ArteMatriz Soluções Culturais Ltda ("ArteMatriz", "we"), CNPJ 07.506.882/0001-00, Avenida Paulista 171, 4º andar, Bela Vista, São Paulo — SP, 01311-000, Brazil.
1. Who uses this Tool
The Tool is an internal system. Its only users are authorised ArteMatriz staff, who access it with a password. We do not offer accounts to the public and we do not process personal data of any third-party end user, because the Tool has no end users other than ourselves.
2. Use of YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services.
By using the Tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google's use of information received through the YouTube API Services is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You may revoke this Tool's access to your Google account at any time through the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. What data we access through the YouTube API
Authorised account data. When an ArteMatriz operator authorises the Tool with a Google account, we receive an OAuth access token and refresh token permitting the Tool to manage the ArteMatriz-owned YouTube channel. We request a single scope, youtube.force-ssl. We do not read the operator's Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Calendar, and we do not request scopes for them.
Our own channel data. Video metadata, thumbnails, subtitle tracks and playlists for videos published on our own channel.
Public metadata from reference channels. Titles, publication dates, view counts, durations and channel identifiers of publicly available videos, used solely as an aggregate editorial signal for our own planning. We do not collect data about individual viewers, and the YouTube API does not expose it to us.
We do not access the YouTube Analytics API. Reading our own audience retention data would require an additional scope, which we have not requested and do not hold.
4. What we do with it
We use this data for one purpose: producing and publishing our own videos, and understanding how they performed.
We do not use YouTube data for advertising targeting. We do not sell it, license it, or transfer it to any third party. We do not combine it with data from other sources to build profiles of any person. We do not display YouTube data to the public.
5. Where it is stored, and for how long
Data is stored in a private Postgres database (Supabase) and in private object storage, both accessible only to authorised ArteMatriz staff.
Public metadata from reference channels is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, in line with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
Authorisation tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when the operator revokes access or when the tool is decommissioned.
Our own channel's content and statistics are retained while the channel is active, as operational records of our own business.
6. Who else sees it
Nobody outside ArteMatriz. We use Google Cloud, Supabase and Vercel as infrastructure providers, which process data on our instruction in order to run the Tool. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics vendors, or any other third party.
7. Security
Access requires a password. Credentials and API tokens are held in encrypted storage and are never committed to source control. Access is limited to the staff who operate the channel.
8. Cookies
The dashboard sets one signed session cookie so that an authenticated operator does not have to re-enter the password on every request. It carries no advertising or tracking identifier. We run no third-party analytics on this site.
9. Children
The Tool is a workplace system for adults and is not directed to children.
10. Your rights under Brazilian law
Under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Lei 13.709/2018) you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Write to info@artematriz.art and we will respond within the legal deadline.
11. Changes
If we change what the Tool does with data, we update this page and change the date at the top.
