ArteMatriz Publishing Pipeline
An internal publishing tool for a single YouTube channel.
ArteMatriz Soluções Culturais is a Brazilian artist management agency representing opera singers and classical musicians. We also operate one editorial YouTube channel of our own, That's the Catch, which publishes long-form video essays on the rise and collapse of companies and the people who built them.
This tool supports the people who make that channel. It takes over the mechanical parts of publishing — transferring the file, attaching the thumbnail and captions we produced, filing the video in the right playlist — so that research, writing and editorial judgement stay with a person. It is not a product. It has one operator and one destination.
How it works

Public metadata from reference channels, ranked, to decide what to research.

A person revises and approves the script, then the finished video.

Upload to our own channel with thumbnail, captions and playlist.

What it does
Editorial planning
Reads public metadata from a small set of reference channels in our own niche and ranks it, so we can see which subjects held an audience before we commit research time to one.
Human approval
Every script and every finished video passes through a review screen in this dashboard. Nothing reaches YouTube without a person approving it.
Publishing
Once approved, the tool uploads the video to our own channel, attaches the thumbnail and subtitle track we produced, and files it in the correct playlist.
Approval record
Every approval is written to an append-only log: who approved each script and each finished video, and when. The database refuses to queue a publication without both.
What it does not do
It does not serve third-party creators. It does not resell or redistribute YouTube data. It does not display YouTube content to the public. It is not open to sign-up, and there is nothing here to buy.
Access
The dashboard is restricted to authorised ArteMatriz staff and requires a password. There is no public account creation.

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of information received through these APIs is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
